R35 GTR Clutch Kits:

The R35 GR6 Transmission features dual wet clutch packs. Each clutch pack contains 6 clutch disks for a total of 12 disks in the transmission. The OEM clutch disk hold up fairly well to modifications, and generally will hold about 620ft/lbs of torque. The Limey Racing LR850 clutch kit is rated for 800 ft/lbs of torque, or about 850hp and is a must for GTR's with upgraded turbos. These clutches are designed to hold the maximum amount of power, without creating harsh gear changes, and engagements.
